Drum roll please………..Yay! We made it guys! 31 days of nail art done and dusted! Did you enjoy it ? Jacqui, Brijit and myself have been overwhelmed with just how many of you joined us and at how amazing all your nail art has been! You are one hell of a bunch of talented gals! Thank you all for making the OMD Challenge such fun!
But because all your entries have been so lovely, it has made choosing a ‘favourite’ really really hard! Sadly I don’t have a 1000 fingers (as I’d recreate ’em all!) so I did have to pick one and I chose Glitteratzi’s beautiful half moon mani. I love the colours Kim used for this 🙂
- BarryM Gelly ‘Key Lime’ (main base colour) 2 coats
- NYC ‘Pinstripe White’ (halfmoons) 2 coats
- Medea nail stencils
- DRK-A Plate
- Konad stamping polish
- Seche Vite
Now I don’t have any Gal stamping plates so I used the nearest I could find which was one of the images off the DRK-A plate. It’s not quite the same pattern but the houndstooth was pretty near to Kim’s triangles. I also did a bit of a switcheroo on the accent nail but to be honest, I prefer Kim’s version 🙂 I didn’t have Just In Lime but I did have Key Lime so I used that 🙂
My half moon were almost full moons as I put the stencil way to far down towards the tip of the nails! Oops!
Don’t forget, the challenge is open until the 5th of August so if you missed a couple of days you can still enter 😉 and we will announce the winners of the giveaway after that 🙂
So for the last time (sob!) you can check out the other manis for Day 31 by clicking the link below 🙂
Until next time!
